Here is small set of patches that fixed for me build of myodbc 3.51.12
on FreeBSD. Soon I'll post them to update FreeBSD's myodbc port.

Some comments:

myodbc-iodbc-patch, patch-util__MYODBCUtil.h,
patch- myodbcinst__myodbcin
st.c, patch-driver__myodbc3.h - fixes for iodbc
specific bugs
patch-configure - fix ugly names for myodbc3i and myodbc3m (for
example i386-portbld-freebsd5.4-myodbc3i)
patch-driver__connect.c - fix build with mysql 4.0.x
patch-strndup - use build-in strndup

Any chance to see some of this patches merged into myodbc sources ?

Comments and suggestions would be appreciated.
