mentioned using myodbc3d.dll for debugging purposes. It never tells where
to get this dll.

Starting with MyODBC 3.51.12, it should
again be included in the distribution.

Install Connector/ODBC 3.51.12 and look in %windir%/system32.

Remember to disable tracing when you're done debugging.
(There really should be a time or MB limit where it disables
itself, seems everybody forgets to do this...)
