y
mysql specifly to handle the manual.
(the one found at http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/index.html )
Does anyone know of any open source programs for creating your own online

It's written using DocBook, and generated using open source tools like
xsltproc, FOP, and the standard DocBook XSL stylesheets (plus some
customization layers).
We're working on making the documentation repository available
publicly, but that's not set up yet.
