Must i add mysql_query("SET NAMES 'utf8'") before
every occurance of real mysql_query()?
I have added mysql_query("SET NAMES 'utf8'") in one
php script which is included by all other php scripts
but this doesn't solve my problem.

My site is http://www.cnads.org/ . it is still not
human readable.
