I use mysql 4.1 and php4.3.10 and phpmyadmin2.6 and apache-2.0.53 on =
FreeBSD5.3

I add any text as news with phpadmin on web. it works well. But I have a =
problem.=20
I see the line as ( '' test ) on web (internet explorer) When I add a =
text which contains ( ' test ) character with phpmyadmin, =20
Thats to say I see double ' character=20

What shall I do ?=20
