Where can I download it? It is not in the C:\WINDOWS\system32 directory
and it is not in the zipped version with all the other dlls. If the
file is not included why is it in the documentation?

Dump the documentation or include the file please. I have spent ages
looking for it now to no avail.

The only place I could find it was on the net where you have to pay
$9.95(http://www.dynamiclink.nl/htmfiles/rframes/dll-m14.htm). Is mysql
sponsoring this?

It would be nice if someone could send me the file in an email.
