Im building a website and it will authorize like lets say 5,000 credit
cards a day.

Do you think its safe to use Database UTL_TCP package for the socket
communication to another server? Is there a limitation in terms of
number of connections allowed? Or will i have an issue if we decided to
use secure socket in the future.
