Oracle Forms Developer 10g (9.0.4 IDS) - ROS 500, and Cannot Create file error

Hi There

I am having trouble converting an item from binary to text. When I go to do
so, I get the following errors.

ROS Error: -500
Then a
Frm-10044: Cannot Create File

I have run Filemon and Regmon to find out where the error happens and I
don't really get any information. Ifrun90 writes a pile of data to the TEMP
folder (I tried changing to different folder/changing rights) in the form of
s1, s2 files. Then after a pile of read/writes to that folder, the ROS error
pops up (can see because a call to the windows Error wav file).

Any ideas on this one? I can convert from Txt to binary no problem.
