Author Great list for oracle beginners

There is a great resource for the oracle beginners on http://www.freelists.org.
The list is named "oracle-l" and is owned by renowned author, Mr. Steve Adams,
of the Oracle8i internals book fame. To subscribe to the list just send an
email to oracle-l-request@freelists.org with "SUBSCRIBE ORACLE-L" as a
subject. Many very good professionals will gladly answer any question, no
matter how simple, and without unpleasant comments and remarks. Once again:
To: oracle-l-request@freelists.org
Subject: subscribe oracle-l

Mr. Gogala, the problem with the comp.databases.oracle. * hierarchy is
that many posters don't want to do any research themselves, they just
want to be spoonfed.
A second problem is that many regulars, you included, are unwilling to
respond to the RTFM questions, leaving the burden to do so to a very
few.
Consequently your remarks are insulting and inappropiate for a Redneck
author, where Redneck authors are boasting to adhere to etiquette.
