Do try and apply a bit of common sense before you fly off the handle.

XP SP2 increases the maximum size of the PATH variable to 2048. The OP
wants to know why OUI complains about the PATH being longer than 1023
and if there is anything he can do about it. Can you provide any useful
input on that or are you just ranting?
