Problem starting the service MSSQLServerADHelper (sqladhlp.exe)

| Good Day,
I just re-installed SQL server and when I try to start the service
MSSQLServerADHelper that is suppose to run sqladhlp.exe, it fails.
The event viewer has the following message "The MSSQLServerADHelper service
terminated with service-specific error 3221225572. "
What can I do?
