Hi:

I am monitoring % processor time counter in performance monitor. I am
getting these values Avg(396), Min(384), and Max(406). What does this
exactly mean? The server has 4 CPU. Is this for all 4 CPUs? As I undestand
the value of this counter should be less than 80%. Can you please help me
interpret these values? Is it a problem?
