Problems after reinstall SQL 2000

| I had to uninstall SQL 2000 to remove SP4, now after reinstall SQL,
SQLSERVERAGENT is unable to start and opening Enterprise Manager cannot
connect to server.
It´s installed on Windows 2000 Server SP4.

| What errors? Check your SQL Server error logs and the Windows Event viewer
(sys and app logs)

| Please try "SQLSERVERAGENT service" start with "Local System Account"

| I can see the following error in event viewer, trying to connect to sever
throught Enterprise Manager:
ID: 17055
Description:
17310:
process_login: el proceso 2276 gerenero una execption grave C0000005
EXCEPTIO_ACCESS_VIOL
ATION. Sql Server termina este proceso
When try to start SQLSERVERAGENT it´s register a menssage in event viewer
with ID: 103 telling that is imposible to start the service because the
server could not be contacted.
