Does the Processor Licence replace the Internet Connector Licence? I have a
machine with 4 processors and I am looking for the cheapest way to licence
300 Internet users that will logon to sql via IIS.

Many Thanks

Yes, the processor license is all you need for connecting internet users to
SQL Server. As far as I know the Internet Connector license is not sold
anymore (because there is no need for it with the per processor licensing
plan).
