| If you stop sql server, take a full system backup and then restore it, has
SQL Server been correctly restored? If this works, is there any reason not
to do this?
Our situation is -- We need to replace/reconfigure the disk drives/raid
arrays.
I can go through restoring all the databases, but in this case I am not sure
it's necessary. Thanks!

| You should be able to do that, but there are few more things to consider. I
