| I had to reboot a server as a last resort because nobody was able to connect
to it. Now:
1; I have started the SQL Service using the login for my administrator.
2; But cannot connect to it with either the admin or sa logins. Get the
message: SQL Server does not exists or access is denied.
3: Cannot start the SQL Agent with that same admin account. Get the message:
sqlsERVERaGENT CANNOT BE STARTED. Unable to connect to server 'Bla'.
Im doing all this Termial Serviced onto the box.
SQL2K sp3a.
TIA, ChrisR

| Sorry for the delayed response. As it turns out, something other than SQL
was using my SQL port. SQL was able to start... but not in the assigned
port. All is well now.
