Unable to Open DTS packages after Win 2000-2003 upgrade

| We upgraded the OS from 2000 to 2003EE in order to see all 8GBs of RAM. When
access Enterprise Manager from the server(or remoting into it), I can't open
any of the DTS packages. The error is the specified procedure cannot be
found.

| Are you able to open those DTS packages using Enterprise Manger on a
different machine? If so, a reinstall of client tools might solve it!

| Yes we can, I was hoping to find someone with this experience before I
resinstalled the tools on the server.
