Thank you for recomendations.
As I said before I have primary keys or unique indexes for all tables.
And MSDTC security configured the way recommended in
http://blogs.msdn.com/florinlazar/a.../18/159127.aspx
Although I do not have similar security configuration tools in Win
2000.

MS DTC Statistics shows transactions commited.

And what do you mean by tracing transactions?

And by the way I moved DB from XP Pro to Win 2003 and it didn't help
either...
