Self Locked Schedulers - PAGEIOLATCH_SH

| Hi,
We Have a scheduler which will do bulk insert and bulk update. using 3
tables.
This Scheduler Frequency is 1 Hour. Its Executing in less then 1 minute
time except at 4am or 5 am or 6am.
and in these timings it is taking 5 - 10 hours.
In a week atleast for 5 days it is happening like this. where there are
no schedulers are executing at this times.
We don't understand the problem for more days. finally Today from
Enterprise Manager Window we found that this procedure is locked by itself
i.e. spid is blocked by itself.
Where the Status is sleeping Waiting type is PAGEIOLATCH_SH Block is 1
and Blocked by same spid.
We tried for sometime and didn't find any solution on how to solve this
kind of issues.
Can anyone help us in solving this issue.
Please Help ASAP!
