Hi,

i am getting this below error frequently.

DoMiniDump () Failed start of of SQLDumper.exe - The system cannot find
the file specified.
Could not open FCB for invalid file ID 125 in database 'DB name'..
Could anyone help ?
how could i find which File (id) creating this error ? ( as i am
getting FIle ID as 0, 125 , 512 etc)
moreover i am unable to open current activity . when checked with
SP_who and SP_who2 .
i found a 'select into' statement and nothing other than that found .
i have gone through link -

is this final solution ? or anything i can do to solve ?
