Using variable in partitioned view

I'm trying to build cubes for my SSRS reports.
Is there a way to pass a global variable to a partitioned view?

In other words, when Joe goes to run reports, can I pass the value "Denver"
to the core view upon which all the reports are built and thereby let Joe run
his reports (using only the Denver data)? How would I set that variable and
how would I pass it to the view?

I'm trying to avoid having to build distinct partitioned views for each
district (41 of them) and instead build a master set of views with the
parameter for "District" set dynamically for each user - based on a lookup
table or similar source.
