MS SQL Server - Eventd ID 4014

Hi Everyone,
I am currently facing a major problem with SQL Server 2005 SP1. I have one
server running MOM 2005 (management server) and another one running SQL
Server 2005 SP1 on which MOM datbase is stored. In the application event log
SQL Server logs every minute the following error:
Source: MSSQLSERVER
Event ID: 4014
"A fatal error occurred while reading the input stream from the network. The
session will be terminated."
Does anyone have a clue on what's going on ?
