SQLWB hanging .NET runtime 2.0 with Application Event ID 1000

Sometimes (every 4 or 5 hours) connections from the clients hang, and in the
Application Event Viewer of SQL Server 2005 machine we can see an Event ID
1000, from .NET Runtime 2.0.

We have an HP 585 4 x Dual Core opteron Machine, with 8Gb RAM and Windows
2003 Standard x64 + SQL Server Enterprise 2005 SP1

We are production down!!!
