Is there an industry term for when you take one record, find a key, and pair
up every other column in the record with the key and then insert each pair
into another table.

I'm not talking about normalization, I'm just talking about transforming one
row, to many rows. Someone calls it Horizontal to Vertical shifting, but is
there an industry standard term for that transformation?
