| You can proceed, this is 99% a bogus error message.
Sharepoint databases are created ok.

| Yes, I did went ahead assuming that it si bogus error, one thing I noticed
that every time sharepoint creates database(For example search database) it
throws this error. It may be completely different issue, but my search is
not working at all.
All other pieces are working fine, like content management, workflow
....etc.. pretty much every thing except search(Which is critical at this time
since we are very cose to finish our development).
