Having similar issue with log files. I am running SP1 and using subfolders.
The report declares all steps completed successfully.

My cleanup step is set to remove everything (all checkable options) older
than 1 day. It's not deleting the log (trn) files or the txt reports.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated!
