Uncontrolled growth of mssql2005 ErrorLog?

| Hi,
My sql server is continuously writing this "High priority system task
thread: Operating system error Exception 0xAE encountered." to errorlog
which is growing very fast by cca 10MB/s.
this is what sql server is writing to os application log (same thing as in
sql errorlog)

currently I'm running sp_cycle_errorlog and deleting old logs every hour,
but system performace is affected, so I need solution.
I'm running clustered mssql2005 enterprise edition on win2003 enterprise
edition

I hope you have SP1 installed on the SQL Server . I'm affraid you need to
open case in PSS
