Hello All,

Since this evening I'm seeing lot of failed Login attempts on the SQLServer.
I traced the failed logins via profiler and the application that is trying to
login is "MailClient Application".

It shows up as 'ANONYMOUS LOGON' in the NTUserName column and 'NT
AUTHORITY\ANONYMOUS LOGON' in the LoginName column of the profiler for
"MailClient Application" in the ApplicationName Column of the Profiler.

We have SQLMail and SQLAgent Mail configured and both are working fine.

Now, by "MailClient Application" is it referring to the SQLMail/SQLAgent
Mail ?

Thanks,
rgn
