Open which ports in Firewall for extranet access?

We would like to access our offsite extranet SQL server from within our
office domain. For security reasons we will allow opening a port to go from
inside the office OUT but will not open a port for direct access by the
extranet site back IN.

I need to open a port on the extranet firewall and open a port in the office
firewall for outgoing traffic, correct, but do I need to open a port on the
office firewall to allow incoming traffic?

I guess it comes down to if a one way trust is enough or do I need a 2 way
trust?
