Change Management Strategy

Hi,

I'm about to implement a change management strategy for our development to
production environment. This strategy will likely use Visual Source Safe
2005 and possibly another third-party comparison and scripting tool (i.e.,
RedGate SQL Compare). Does anyone have any useful change migration stategy
documents that I could use to help jump-start the creation of my strategy?
