Author Saving .SQL file to SharePoint

I am having trouble saving Queries (*.SQL files) to a SharePoint Document
Library from SQL Server 2005 Mangement Studio. when I try to do this,
Management Studio crashes.

I added the SharePoint document library as a Network Place in My Network
Places. Furthermore, I have a shortcut to the network place on my desktop.

Previously, I was able to successfully save *.SQL files using SQL Server
2000 Query Analyzer. I try to navigate to the desktop shortcut in the save
file dialogue box, but the shortcut seems empty. Then selecting either OK
or CANCEL after attempting to view the network place shortcut freezes the
Management Studio application.

I have to save the file to a temporary location and then drag them to
sharepoint.

Ted.

P.s. We do not have VSS, but could SharePoint interface with Management
Studio on that level?
