Author 2005 Agent Won't execute with a Domain Admin Account

Hello all....

I have the SQL Server Agent service running as a Domain Administrator. This
user was created today, and the password has never been changed, and is never
required to change, and the user is not required to change it.

When I try to execute SSIS jobs via SSIS, I get an error. The security
event log shows this:

Unprotection of auditable protected data.
Data Description: DTS
Key Identifier: 4fd9cca
6-d0e4-4c5c-a0ec-756bf2b20c6b
Protected Data Flags: 0x0
Protection Algorithms: 3DES-168 , SHA1-160
Failure Reason: 0x8009000B

For more information, see Help and Support Center at
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

When I run SQL Agent using my account (I am also a Domain Admin), the SSIS
package runs.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Forch
