I know the answer but what's difference between Surface Area
Configuration and configuration manager..Why there are two places for
setting configration..? I always get confused..

Configuration Manager is for protocols, aliases and service
configurations.
SAC is for security related configurations - which includes
services - but you would use the SAC tool more for enabling,
disabling services. Just like setting whether you allow
remote connections or not.
