Random SQL Server 2000 Reboots, Slow performance

| We recently upgraded our SQL Server from 7.0 to 2000. We did not
upgrade or make changes to the server hardware. Lately the server
decides to reboot itself at random. The number of users or workload has
not changed since or before the upgrade. Before each reboot the
performance goes down drastically and then the reboot occurs. We also
experience sluggish performances at random. After sluggishness it
recovers or reboots. We have not gone a full week since the upgrade
without a reboot. We never had any such issues with SQL Server 7.0. I
have turned the minidump on and have tons of them available. I am
posting the last minidump here but if you guys wish to analyze I can
post more.

| Have you applied the latest service pack for SQL Server 2000? What is
your CPU and memory usage now?

| Yes, I had applied the latest service packs the day we installed the
server. It is currently at Service Pack 4 (SP4). The CPU usage can be
as low as 1% but right before reboots it goes all the way to 100%. On
average CPU usage jumps between 10%-18%. There is 1047920 K of RAM on
the box with 6000 K available - on an average. On an avergae the system
Cache stays around 26000 K.
Please let me know if you need any more information.
