Author Upgrading Cluster Hardware

Hi,
I currently have a two instance SQL Server 2K SP4 cluster on MSCS with
Windows 2003 ENT SP1. Each instance runs on one of the two nodes of the
cluster, which does not have a FC switch. My hardware is currently two Dell
PE 6650's connected to an EMC CX300. My upgrade will be to swap out the PE
6650's for PE 6850's with Windows 2003 ENT x64 edition. My plan is to:
1. Failover to one node.
2. Evict the other node from the cluster.
3. Add the new 6850 as the new second cluster node.
4. Install SQL Server on the new node and Failover to it.
5. Evict the last 6650.
6. Add the second new 6850 to the cluster.

I would like to keep the same instance names for the SQL server instances.

Are there any gotcha's I need to be aware of? Any incompatibilities or
special circumstances with the 64 bit OS? Any known hotfixes I need to have
ready to go?

Thanks very much for any advice.

John

I have cross posted this to the Clustering group, where I should have gone to
begin with. Please disregard it here.
Thanks.
