Error while retrieving data from sybase using OLE-DB provider in S

Hi,

I was able to create a connection to sybase database in Connection Manager.
I am able to see even the tables from sybase database. But, when i am trying
to retrieve data by using the connection manager in OLE DB Data Source
component of SSIS in SSBIS, it gives me following error.

I am able to successfully import data from Sybase in SQL 2005 from SSMS.
Any hint on what's the reason?.
