I would like to obtain the instructions to install SQL Server 2005
Notification services.

With SQL Server 2005, Notification Services ships as a core component of SQL
Server. You no longer have to download Notification Services from the web.
Instead you can select it as part of setup from the Components to Install
dialog box.
