What is the latest service pack for MSSQL2000 and MSSQL7?
Was there any significant or critical patch since service pack4

Service Pack 4 is still the latest for SQL Server 2000.

See the update note on this link about "an issue with the final build of SP4
that impacts customers who run SQL Server with AWE support enabled".
