SQLSvr 2K SP4 Install

| I'm running SQL server 2k on SBS 2003 and want to install CRM 3.0 however it
insists I first install SP4 for SQL server 2k first. Having downloaded the
file (SQL2000-KB884525--SP4-x86-ENU.EXE) and run it the wizard performs the
install but after rebooting the Enterprise Manager states that I've still
only got SP3 and CRM 3 will not install...no error msgs given? Help!

After downloading did you only run the exe as this will only extract the
files? You will need to run setup.bat from the directory where you extracted
it. Also make sure that you have not run the wrong file e.g sp4 for analysis
services SQL2000.AS-KB884525-SP4-x86-ENU.EXE instead of the one for the
database SQL2000-KB884525-SP4-x86-ENU.EXE.
