We are in the process of testing a new Veritas Cluster for SQL Service on
iSCSI. I'm looking for a good tool, preferably free, to test the new
cluster. Also, does anyone have any previous experience with such a
configuration.
Thanks.

Hi

You may want to look ay SQLIOStress tool if you just want to test the disc
subsystem http://support.microsoft.com/kb/231619

If you want to stress test the database then check out the OStress utility
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/887057

If you want to stress test your application the you can look at products
such as Loadrunner
http://www.mercury.com/us/products/...ter/loadrunner/
or IBM Rational performance tester
http://www-306.ibm.com/software/awd...ance/index.html
