Author Expiration of delegation/kerberos tickets with Analysis Services

Hi,
I am currently using delegation/kerberos to authenticate active directory
users to analysis services. I have been runnig into issues where users are
able to access cubes fine for a while, then all of the sudden they are not
able to. I thought that the reason might be the expiration of the kerberose
ticket they were using, but I'm not seeing a consistent time lapse. I
currently have the exoiration time set to 10 hours for tickets. I have heard
that different applications may handle the expiration differently, for
example the ten hours would be time spent accessing analysis services, not
ten hours of idle time logged on to their PC. Is this the way that sql server
handles kerberos tickets? Or is this a situation anyone else has encountered?
