MS SQL Server security - Service Pack 4

Hello,

i have a problem with SP4 for SQL server 2000.
I'm trying to install it, but it tells me that
"A previous program installation created pending file operations.
You must restart the computer before running setup."

I've done that 5 or 6 times, but i still have this message.
I've checked this also, but it does not apply:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/312995#kb3

An ideea anyone?

I have to add that the server i'm trying to install to has installed:
Win 2000 SP4
SQL server 2000 Enterprise
IIS 5 with ASP.net

ASP.NET applications are often installed and uninstalled on this box

Hello Mike,

i already tried that, as I posted earlier. It didn't worked.
Do you have an another ideea?
