After we instaled SP3 to MS SQL 2000 Server, client are not able to connect.
In SQL Server error log appears messages :
"Connection opened but invalid login packet(s) send. Connection closed."
and client report :
"DB-LIBRARY error : 10037: Unexpected EOF from SQL Server"
In network monitor last packet indicates BROKEN_PIPE.

We are using on clients DOS library dbnmpipe.exe (Named pipes)

Can anyone advice solution ?
What happens in SP3 (before SP3 this does not occured) ?
SP3 changed packet size or TDS or ... ?

Thank you
