i have tried dsn and dsnless connections in multiple languaeges to mssql2ksp4
on multiple machines on the lan including the new ws2k3x64 server i just get
provider/driver not found and no default driver/privider specified

odbc manager shows sql server as the only driver in the list. i can connect
my java to any server from that machine (including that machine itself) using
jtds (which is a jar file driver you put in the same directory as the
program) so its not a port or firewall problem.

how can i get applications on this new ws2k3 x64 server to connect to
databases with odbc?
