Author Enterprise Manager Loses Connection After Each Session

Hello--

I am relaying an issue we are having for our DB manager...

We have an outside consultant using Terminal Services to remote into our IIS
server to work on our website. We created a user account for him to logon.

Our DB manager does not want to give the consultant our SQL admin password,
and so he is loggin onto our IIS server as the consultant and connecting to
our SQL server via Enterprise Manager.

Once our DB manager exits the remote session, and the consultant logs on,
the connection to the SQL server is gone. It also appears that his whole
profile seems to be rebuilding...at each logon.

Please help--Here are the tech specs:

IIS server is running on Windows Server 2003 with SP1. We are running SQL
2000 on a separate server running Windows Server 2000 with SP4

Many thanks,

sd
