What Is Logical Star Schema?

I don't understand what Logical Star Schema is. That question come to
my mind after I've read a book that say :
"The consensus among DW professionals is to always create new keys to
define the relationships in star schema, except you are building a
logical star schema so that you can query your relational data with
OLAP and source key values are all you have". I need to know the
meaning of "logical" star schema so I can determine whether my star
schema is a logical or not.
