BI Accelerator - Error generating SAM reference app 'out-of-box'

I generated the SAM app in an 'out-of-the-box' config after changing only the
end date variable, and during processing got the following error:

Copying BISO database objects...
Error: [Microsoft][SQL Native Client][SQL Server]'schema_name'
is not a
recognized function name. Check DTS log in "C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL
Server Accelerator for BI\data\SMA01\Temp"
Location: CopyBisoObjs /Copy SQL Server Objects failed/Microsoft SQL-DMO
(ODBC SQLState: 42000)
Analytics Builder processing halted unexpectedly.

Any ideas?
