Hi ,

What is the diffence I create 1 file on the same disk under 1 file group
and
multiple files on same disk under 1 file group ?

In short not much. The number of files in a file group is largly determined
by three factors.
Flexibility of distributing data. Spreading data across multiple disks.
Easy of maintenance. One file is far easier to manage because you won't be
dealing with proportional fill.
Number of processors on your server. Technically you can get a small gain
by having at least one file per processor.
