Author Date & Time Format

I'm importing a flat file into SQL.
I have a time column which reads 13:50 (time the order was invoiced).
It has no date attached to it but all the format options in SQL seem to
require a date and time. Would I need to concatate the time with todays date
in a derived column? if so what is the command?
