Author Need help linking cubes in a virtual cube

I'm using SQL 2000 Analysis Services enterprise edition. I was hoping to
try and build a "relational" cube so I could process support tables in small
cubes and then link them to a master cube. So far, I've been doing a
snowflake type relationship, but that makes designing aggregations take
forever. Is there a way without MDX programming, to say an ID column in
cube A matches a ID column in Cube B and then build a new cube off that? If
this does involve an MDX query, is there a way to easily incorporate into
Excel? Thanks.
